This problem has been a contributing factor that causes 100.000 – 400.000 deaths in the United States every year. It is a serious condition and problem. Thus, US citizen has to prevent being overweight.  

Here are some tips that can prevent obesity:

·        Know and avoid the food traps which make you want to eat

·        Check your weight regularly
