The first step in responding to life threatening situations to assess the situation is b because it tells people that it is important to check for dangers to check for dangers to victims and responders. I say the answer is b because theoretically, in movies or in scenarios any action can lead to a series of events. Let:s just say that someone needs the defibrillator. First off, there must be no electronic appliances or loose cords in the room. Next, when the Defibrillator say shock we must makes sure no one is having physical contact with the patient or else the shock can cause more problems to a bystander. People need to distract themselves with actitives. they can also find a natural high. an example would be eating alot of meat. that meat can release dopamine to the brain which gives one a natural high feeling.
