I'm assuming this question is based on consequences for students and that being the case if you smoke weed at the weekend with friends you are going to get into a lot of trouble either with your family and/or school if they find out or worse, you could get into an accident if you drove while high and you could possibly get addicted and neglect other areas of your life and well being.

don't compare yourself to others, this is a big one because due to photoshop and surgery people have this unrealistic image of what they should look like in their head.

think about good qualities you have and jot them down so can go back when you're feeling down about yourself.
