Here are some things you can do to help you sleep better. Turn off all electronics and don't spend more then under 7 hours a week playing them. Hot shower or bath. Keep the room dark and cool. Read a book or write all your thoughts in a journal. Drink chamomile tea or warm milk.You can also try sticking to a sleep schedule. Medication if needed.
