There are many long term health risks when it comes to tobacco, drugs and alcohol, Tobacco there is lung cancer and cardiac diseases, That is on top of all the possible short term health risks. With alcohol you have liver failure, or later dependence and alcoholism which leads to an entirely new world of issues. With drug use: Extensive use of drugs can lead to addiction, Lung damage, possible reproductive issues, some more extreme drugs can even lead to cardiac arrest or lung failure.
