The health maintenance Organization (HMO), on the other hand, is an insurance structure that provides coverage through a network of physicians.  PPO participants, are free to use the services of any provider within their network. On the other hand, HMO plans require that participants receive healthcare services from an assigned provider. PPO plans, usually have deductibles; HMOs usually don’t. Both programs, allow specialist services. However, the designated primary care physician must provide a referral to a specialist under an HMO plan. PPO plans, on the other hand, are the oldest and due to their flexibility and relatively low costs have been more popular.

for me i have felt invisible when i was clearly struggling,or,i made a great achievement ,and,nobody took to notice me either because they just didn't see it,or,people just turned their back on me.i can see a person being invisible by choice,or,without choice like i did.the people who are invisible by choice don't try to talk to people,don't try to make friends,and,keep to themselves.i haven't been one of those people so i couldn't give you a reason.
