If your assigned as a parents , what would you do to improve the lifestyle and overcome the obesity problem of your child ?​

at first i will do some savings before having child and after my child birth i will provide him /her balanced diet and i will always make my child stay hydrated and i will take my child to go morning walk with me everyday and motivate him/her to do physical activities rather than sitting only like playing out games creative activities so that no problem of obesity will occur

it would be a lot of diff ones. hope this ! < 3 : )
