This is ENTIRELY for an assignment!! There were different types of topics you could choose for our assignment. I chose "What do you do to cope with bad memories or when bad things happen in your life?" Tbh I really don't know. I want to be real but whenever something bad goes on I always self-doubt myself. Or go into a dark place. There are few things that can bring me out.. So I wanted to get some help and see what you cope? What are healthy ways? Maybe ways to distract yourself.
