All new coaches are required to attend a training session either in person or online. Part of the
training is to work through a variety of situations by writing skits. If you are attending the in-
person training, work with one to three other coaches to write five short skits (2 to 5 minutes
each). If you are attending the online training, work independently to write the skits. Each skit
