My well-being requires other´s not to cause me harm, as well as others helping me when I need it. Therefore, only constructive relationships can have a positive influence on my well-being.

The trust and affection that constructive relationships provide are also beneficial to my well-being. On the other hand, there´s no mutual caring, communication, nor affection in a destructive relationship. Moreover, destructive relationships can lead to physical and emotional harm, so they should be avoided at all costs.
