I need help i feel that sometimes i don't want to be alive and the reason why i feel like this is because of family problems and because of a guy i want to get over him and be myself but i cant and it sucks because i can't live happy i cry myself to sleep

Start focusing on yourself, take a shower, paint, workout, that’s all taking care of yourself. it will take awhile and i know it’s hard but try little by little doing these things. :)

Honestly you should try coping methods, but don’t cut, don’t hang yourself or anything that could harm you. Instead try to do diamond paintings, drawing, coloring, maybe (cuddling with studies, it helps), you could try going to therapy but usually friends are the best therapist for you. Always remember you are great love, and if you ever need to talk I’m here
