I’m sure whatever ur going though as of right now, things will get better. I like to think of it this way... if u focus on the good, the good will come. Going through this moment ur going through rn only makes u stronger ;)

Hi! I have been struggling with my mental health recently too. I know hearing these things is easier said then done but try drinking some ice water in the mornings (drink plenty of water throughout the day), get some sunlight! (walk, sit, run outside), and just try to remember you’re here for a reason! ❤️ Thunderstorms are what bring the rainbows
