What do I do if im sad?

if you feel sad talk to someone who you trust and you cares about you and if that didn't work take a walk or if you love drawing then you can draw to calm your self down or read a book cause when I read a book I feel clam. or talk to a friend you trust

i think life is life. many could argue that life is ‘nice’ or ‘fun’ but in the end, it is immaterial and will end. nihilism is my philosophy. nothing matters in the end so why make an effort?
