Characterstic of healthy person?​

Health can be considered different things. As for mental health, the characteristics of being healthy in that area can range from keeping up with simple hygiene to having some peace of mind in yourself. For physical health, taking care of yourself is a good start. Eat good foods, do research on what we need to intake in order to be functioning at our best! Also, exercising! Even just a jog twice a week can make a big difference to get our blood pumping and muscles moving! (I hope this helps!)
