In general, Advil, Aleve, Orudis KT, and Mortin are helpful for those suffering form a sport injury that causes pain, swelling, and/or inflammation. Generic brands work in the same way and must meet the same standards as the brand name equivalent, but cost less. Read and follow the label directions and don't take more that the recommended does.

People need to distract themselves with actitives. they can also find a natural high. an example would be eating alot of meat. that meat can release dopamine to the brain which gives one a natural high feeling.
