What is the MAIN MAIN difference between an anxiety and pain attack ??

Seriously? Pain is typically reality based.

Let's start off with defining both.

Anxiety --> a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome

Panic Attack --> Sudden episode of intense fear or anxiety and physical symptoms, based on a perceived threat rather than imminent danger.

So, as you can see, you can't have a panic attack without anxiety being in the situation. But there is still things that are different.

What happens in each situation?

A panic attack is an intense wave of fear characterized by its unexpectedness and debilitating, immobilizing intensity. Your heart pounds, you can't breathe, and you may feel like you're dying or going crazy. Panic attacks often strike out of the blue, without any warning, and sometimes with no clear trigger.

Anxiety can make you feel worried or scared. Anxiety can cause physical symptoms such as a fast heartbeat or sweating. It is a normal human response to be anxious in certain situations. You may have an anxiety disorder if you feel anxious all or most of the time.

The main difference between the two would be that one builds up as things get worse causing you to panic while the other, makes you feel anxious, aka worried, about what could happen.

To think of it in another way, Anxiety is like overthinking. A panic attack can cause pain and can make you black out.
