Well physical education and physical activities are very crucial because of how many people nowadays are overweight, are unhealthy, and grow mental illnesses due to not being active. Many people don't realize how much physical activities can improve your overall view on life.

To begin with, physical activities allow us to keep functioning. It helps us as we grow into adults. According to the, Better Health Channel, "Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease." Many diseases like these could affect your life tremendously. Many people who are obese now wish that they had exercised more and tried to be more active. We don't even realize how much we are sitting at our desks for. The average person sits for around 6.5 hours. Being unhealthy could affect your overall mental state as well.

Mental illnesses like depression and anxiety can lead to someone to attempt to off themselves. Obesity could really affect someone's mind set on life.
