I don't have time to get a therapist but should I talk to someone? Growing up, my parents were usually always busy, they usually worked while my older brother watched me and my siblings. I don't really remember interacting with my family a lot, but for sure I mostly spend my days alone in my room now. My mom yells a lot so whenever she's mad I'm actually scared of her, today she yelled at me for not liking a steak sandwich from outback, I thought it was okay but she was yelling at me saying how I was so annoying and even continued to "talk behind my back" literally right in front of me with my dad. My dad didn't say much, he doesn't really shame me for my pickiness, if anything I blame my insecurities on my mom, she is always the one who makes me feel fat when I'm not that fat, shaming me for being a picky eater, and even comparing me (in a negative way) to my younger self who I no longer am. My dad is supportive but for some reason it's hard to talk to him, is it because we don't get to talk much? have we missed out on important daughter and father connections? Before I loved being alone but now I feel desperate for love, I also feel like I'm the least favorite child since I'm the only one who is overweight and picky. I would add more but I don't wanna give you too much about me to the point you feel like you don't really care anymore, or did I already give too much-
