What does it mean to you to eat mindfully?

It means like paying attention to the food your eating, aka be mindful of what your eating

To me eating mindfully means watching out for foods with a lot of sugar or fats. I am also careful to not eat too much of high calorie foods, such as peanut butter. By eating mindfully, I fuel my body, and give it the energy that it needs, while avoiding unhealthy foods.
