Briefly describe some examples of negative ways to cope with stress.

Ahh stress. Gurl or boooy I feel you that is a hard thing to deal with. There are many ways you can deal with it thank god. One thing to do is obviously get down to the problem! What is making you stress? Is it my homework? what is it? and then finish that business that is making u feel uneasy. Or you can close your eyes and know everything hard will pass in life, and whatever u are stressing on, will be solved.  What you can also do is watch a  good movie and eat some food! thats the best. talk to some friends, or family.

 - yelling, and locking ur self up in ur room
 - not giving ur self a break
 - not being positive or having faith
 - attracting negative energy
