Since I have nobody to talk to irl ima just say it here Its weird on how i've developed mental health problems because of online school, I may or may not have the anxiety disorder but whenever I look up problems, what the problem is always a symptom of depression or anxiety

Basicly a question I have is how should I approach my parents? I suddenly feel desperate for their comfort but I don't know what to say or if I should approach them.

You should tell them that you are having more and more anxiety cause of online school and you dont know what to do and ask them if there s way the could help you if your gonna be ok. Or maybe just ask them for comfort and tell them you are feeling down alot from school. They should be able to understand and find a way to help you out.
