A 26 yo Female patient complaining of severe fatigue and shortness of breath for the last 2 weeks. In addition to this finding the patient tells the doctor that her hands and feet feels unusually cold. During
the physical examination the physician notices discoloration of the lower lid conjunctiva and a pale skin.
When you measure her pulse rate you get 108 beats per minute. The patients also complains of a
throbbing headache that comes and goes for the last couple of days.
