Why do we choose to be with people when you know somethings going to happen or you be with them no matter what? Like they are so attractive that they could get anyone and you just sit there and you love them then you turn back for 2 seconds and your whole world is kissing someone else. Life sucks

The person who utilize the progression principle will keep adding the difficulty of the exercise that he's doing, while the person who does not, will only stay stagnant.  the person that utilize progression principle, will get a stronger endurance because now his body is conditioned to do harsher routines.{the answer was already on verified)
