Is it normal to feel your heartbeat when you press your left chest with your hands

Yeah, it should be. I mean, it's kinda hard to feel your heart beat in the first place, but if you exercise and make your heart beat faster and harder, I think you should be able to feel it if you pressed the left side of your chest with your hand.

Explanation: Yup, I just did some exercise-y things and pressed the left side of my chest and I can feel my heart beat, so it is normal!   yey!
