Well the number one way to reduce stress, is to exercise. When doing exercise you will improve your sleep, when having a good sleep will have you not stress so much. Yoga and meditation is a good way to relieve stress and anxiety on yourself. Also, another way to reduce your stress is to light up a good fragrance smelled candle. If those don't work then write down on a book about what is troubling you. Some people say that if you chew gum it helps reduce it. Listening to soothing music helps also reduce it. Lastly, a simple way is to take a deep breath in and out.
