Can you get high off of halls cough drops?

I don't think so but there are a couple of regular things you can get high off though

Cough syrup often contains dextromethorphan, and you can get high on that. However, I have never seen cough drops with dextromethorphan. Cough drops usually contain things like menthol. Menthol tastes minty and causes a soothing cooling feeling, but it will not get you high.
