Would you rather: Travel 4 times a month (on an all expenses paid trip) but get not good grade or skip out on traveling and wake up earlier than you have to now and get good grades? (It a tough decision for me, so I’m askin yall and picking which ever answer comes up most)

Because without physical activity, the body has extra "energy" if you will, and so when it is time for bed you are not tired, so you end up staying up all night. also there is probably an effect on your internal clock, which messes with your melatonin production which goes hand in hand with your sleep cycle
