I NEED HELP PLZ i have a friend that has been down a lot lately and i want to cheer him up how would i do that, i think hes depressed for reasons i dare not say on the interwebs.

Do they want to talk about whats going on? Sometimes talking can help some who is depressed. If they do want to talk listen to them so they feel like someone cares about whats going on in their life. If they don't want to talk about it maybe try to bring them out and try to have fun with them. Always let them know that you are there for them and that you are always willing and ready to talk to them about anything they want. Also let them know that there is hope and that they will get through it and to never give up. Let them know that you love them and care for them. Also ask them if there is anything you can do for them.
