When your having a panic attack and your left side of your chest hurts but your chest doesn't stop hurting. please answer this is happening to me and ive been put on anxitey meds for it but it doesn’t seem to be working. and i’ve been to the doctors for heart x-ray and a EKG and everything seems fine.

Also, whenever this happens, try taking deep breaths, drink some water, then lay down for a few. You could also use things such as breathing techniques, stress balls, yoga, coloring in a coloring book (adult coloring books are good too!), listening to calming music such as Lofi, or talking to a friend.
