hi so i have really bad migraines i've had them ever since i was a kid they have gotten so bad i would get them every day and medicine braely works so i was wondering if there's like someone out there who may go through the same thing and know how to deal with these types of migraines if you do know please answer

I had them too i usually made ginger tea it helps me a lot you should try it and if that doesn’t help i just take a warm shower which also helps. Good luck i hope it works?
