Lastly it spurs the new development of a nerve cells from stem cells. From the information given you can conclude that exercise is not only good for motivation that also helps you retain information.   Exercise has also been found to help improve students mental health. exercise helps with many types of mental disorders of issues such as stress, anxiety and panic disorders, depression, and ADHD. Exercise helps control the emotional and physical feelings of stress. Secondly it is shown that aerobic exercise has significantly reduce symptoms of anxiety disorders. Next exercise also helps produce dopamine which helps improve mood which in turn helps with the symptoms of depression.
