It is very important to develop all six areas of the body in order to have efficient training and achieve an overall muscle activation. No single area of the body should be neglected, because each part and muscle of the body has its function. If you  exercise all areas of your body and incorporate all five elements : strength training, core exercises, balance training, flexibility and stretching you will have a well-rounded work-out routine.
