How do you access your emotions and use them to overcome the thoughts or beliefs that hold you back?

Depending on the person you can select you emotion of choice to get over something that is holding you back. for example let’s say someone is sad because of one thing or another but they choose not to drive the intense emotion through sadness but they make it into anger and in using that offer a while time heals everything and you are okay

Smoking damages the respiratory system by inhalation of a foreign substance, that is absorbed and residue is left behind on our lungs sponge like substance. the gas that is inhaled also increase your blood pressure and dilates your blood vessels. also the process of inhaling and exhaling the smoke it causes irritation to the throat and mouth. smoking can cause lung cancer and other respiratory and circulatory diseases.
