can someone tell me that everythings going to be okay? like life in general, the hard breathing and anxiety, not being able to concentrate, i feel like im on this one peice of land and everything around me already fell and im hanging on by the littlest bit.

Life is hard sometimes but that just means we all have to push harder. there are going to be times in life more than you think when we are going to think our life is falling apart right infron of us. but we just rebuild and go on.
