When considering the claim that eating well to reduce stress, what advice might your give a friend who appears to be stressed about an upcoming exam but chooses to have chips and soda for lunch every day?

Don't stress. Make time for yourself in between studying. You can over stress yourself by studying to hard. Don't eat a lot while your studying though, chew some gum it helps you concentrate better. If you choose to eat chips and soda everyday for lunch, choose something different that will help you feel better end energized. I suggest like a piece of fruit or a salad. But if you are going to drink soda I advise drinking mountain dew, that stuff is a life saver. I recently did the Palo diet for my depression and it made me feel great and took a lot of my stress away, I suggest to just try and eat a little healthy at least once a day.
