Why is it difficult, to express, and talk about emotions and feelings?

bc the feelings that we have are deeper and more emotional than what we want to expose to anyone around us. sometimes you need the right push in order to expose those feelings and emotions in order to better our selfs as people instead of living and breathing and reproducing and dying.
