Explain what happens to your cardiovascular system as you move through your 30-minute aerobic workout. Why does this happen?

When working out, we all need to breathe. Most of the time we're panting for breath while lifting weights, running etc.. when this occurs, our body needs more oxygen to keep staying energized (hence why we gasp for air) while our bodies produce more carbon dioxide. During this response to physical exersize, our bodies heat up, in this response, our nervous system sends signals to tell our body to produce sweat in an effort to cool down the bodies core temperature.
