Before I can go ahead to answer the question, let's look what health is.

According to WHO and I quote;

"HEALTH is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity"

One aspect of life I take proper note of is my health, this is because I understand that saying that HEALTH IS WEALTH. I have had phases of my life where I was bedridden and others I was in perfect health.

All my dreams and aspirations in life will amount to nothing if I cannot lift myself off that bed every morning and go to find my purpose.

My state of health is not determined by my pocket,the money I have rather my priorities and how right I place them as well as my mental, emotional and psychological well-being which contributes greatly to my Health in entirety.

Sitting by Dacona Beach, I can boldly tell you that I am healthy, moreover, I am closer to nature and how I feel now is something left for memories.

Why do I say this?

My food is not classified by their taste but by the fact that they are working for me. And this is one reason I eat food

the person next to me might see as unappetizing but I go ahead with it because I eat value and nutrients rather that appearance.

I feared death at the corner those times I decided to substitute my breakfast for workout sessions. I realised when the pangs started knocking that in my bid to keep fit I was almost hurting myself,my entire body system was distressed.

I am not saying exercise isn't vital, but when priorities are placed right, every thing falls in place. At this point, I realized and came to appreciate the fact that WHAT WE THINK IS HEALTHY FOR US MIGHT NOT BE WHAT OUR BODY NEEDS.
