It's best to eat foods that are high in fat and low in carbs.

Eating foods that are high in fat refers to the Keto diet, or Ketosis.

I know, I know, it sounds strange to eat foods that are high in fat if you want to keep in shape, but hear me out.

When you revert your diet to high fat, then your body is trained to burn fat for energy instead of carbs. This helps you to prevent building up extra fat, that you would normally get by eating a lot of carbs.

There is more to it than this, so please, PLEASE do research before trying this.

A good workout would be things like so:

Pushups

situps

weight lifting

jumping jacks

jogging

sprinting

running

cycling
