Ummm... I don’t know if there is something wrong with me but... I work as a butler for my aunt, anyways, I was working and it got to the point where I felt so sick that I coughed up my lunch (is that bad?)

if it is sometimes then its probably just choking but if it happens everyday that you cough before you eat then, its probably just a cough, or cold situation but if you cough for no reason and you didn't eat yet, but it just comes out of your throat, so irresistable, that you just have to cough, then i think you need to seek special treatment for medicine.
