Physically, I have not been able to go to the gym anymore, so I have been forced to go run outside and find effective home workouts - therefore, it forced me to seek more variety outside of my comfort zone, a good thing. However, being at home all days has made me want to eat more and less healthy due to being around snacks all day.

Emotionally, however, it has been hard not to do things which were such a special part of my day, such as seeing my neighbors or going to the library. The deprivation of this often makes me feel emotionally exhausted.
