What is the process of sexual reproduction in Human beings?

A woman can get together with a man and, with eachothers permission, allow a man to c*m inside of her v*gina without any birth control or protection. His sperm has the chance to fertilize her eggs and create a child. This doesn't mean you can't get pregnant with birth control and condoms, however. It simply makes pregnancy less likely to happen.
