Discuss why a physically active job does not guarantee better physical fitness

Doing a physically active job does not guarantee better physical fitness. It is because intensive physical activity during work becomes a burden rather than a benefit. People who do a physical job, spend about eight hours at work with a limited or short time of breaks. Their heart rate and blood pressure are consistently high over the entire day, and it's harmful to health.  

It is advised that people should exercise for at least 150 minutes a week. Not getting enough exercise is linked to a number of health problems, including obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and dementia. A study showed that not all physical activity is beneficial. The important thing is we should ensure that we are getting the right amount and the right type of physical activity.  

It is better to do some exercises for an hour then have a break whenever tired rather than doing physical activity for a long period of time without a break. Moderate physical activity can raise the heart rate and increase blood pressure just enough to strengthen the heart and the cardiovascular system.
