Why might some teens be reluctant to seek help when they feel depressed?

Because some parents are very strict to their child & when their child is depressed they say “oh your fine your just a little upset or you’re not depressed just go to your room” that’s why some teens don’t reach out to their parents because they know what their parents are gonna say .

Probably because you wake up early. even when i get a good nights sleep i still feel tired if i wake up early. or maybe you just need coffee.
