Imagine your friend sent you an email expressing their concern that they
have an emotional eating problem. How would you respond if they wanted
to know more about how his/her emotions may be affecting their eating
choices? How could they tell? What steps could they take to improve and
fix the problem?

Explanation: If one of my friends send me an email about that, then i would respond with respect and conpassion and trying to identifying on the main cause of this. The way you can tell that something is wrong with a person is the tone and the words they used via the email they sent you. Sometimes when you went through hard times, it is possible that it can affect your eating choices. The steps that i would do is to tell them that they are not only and that there is help that is available for them. The steps they can take is that they should never blamed at themselves since that it can lower their self esteem. The way to do is build up confidence, there are people they know that they can support them, most importantly is to tell them that they should always be true to themselves.
