What should you do if you discover a persons injured arm that does not have a noticeable pulse?

-do not unnecessarily moving injured
-Call Emergency relief, tell them your location, condition of the victim and the cause of the accident.
-If The victim is unconscious, not breathing, we must quickly administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuver and inform rescue a defibrillator may be required on site.
  (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation as soon as it is found unconscious and not breathing.)
