1. Describe a nutritious, appealing meal that you would prepare for a two-year-old. Make sure you follow the instructions from the power point and book about nutrition, color, and variety.

2. Include a picture of the meal that you described above or one that is similar and meets the nutritional requirements for a toddler.

Keep in mind that a two year old's teeth are not completely finished developing. You would want to give them a meal that they can swallow and take down without spitting out.

MyPlate suggests that there are 5-8 different components in a healthy meal.

For a two year old you would want to give them a bottle of milk or apple juice as a drink, a banana or anything soft fruit or vegetable, bread for a wholesome wheat side (add peanut butter or jelly something the child could swallow), yogurt or an egg for some protein or nutrition, and you could give the two year old mini sausages that are cut up.

Now all you have to do is draw :)
