What is the difference between good stress and bad stress?

Good stress is more less excitement, when you're stressed in a positive way, just imagine how you feel before maybe going on your first date, you want everything to be perfect.  That's a type of good stress.  Bad stress is when you're really anxious over something serious and it's making you feel pressured or upset and you can't really seem to get over it until it's all over.
