Imight have a form a bipolar disorder, however, i do not want to take medication because of many side effects and other reasons, i also refuse to believe that its all to blame, i am an intj and refuse to believe that my many ideas and such are impulsed by something like a mental disorder, what solutions can i try to get out of the depressive rut?
