Hey beautiful people! i got some family issius, so i need to deal with my attitude to my dad, i mean i just shoved him into a door cause he grabbed me, so what should i do? i need with my anger to him and my attitude.

First off he shouldn’t be grabbing you at all no matter what. next you should just sit in you room with the door locked in order to calm down. and if that doesn’t work take a bath or shower. sometimes from my personal experience doing something you like can also you calm down. if anything you can try to have a conversation with him tomorrow about why you were fighting and why things escalated the why they did. it isn’t only your fault. you clearly felt threatened or antagonized.

First off, he shouldn’t be grabbing you. but be the bigger person in the situation and talk to another person who can deal with your dad. dealing with your anger you can write down your feelings which always makes me feel better or take a moment away from everyone, take a breather and walk back into the situation with everything you want to say which can’t get you into the trouble.

No matter what they say you can’t change who you are so when u tell them whatever they say jus be like i’m who i am and i won’t change
